Chrome nails help!

Please help
I can’t get my head around how to do chrome nails. It’s eifher to dry and slides right off or too tackey and goes all bitty.
I use gel
Hope someone can point me in the right direction xx

Have a look, you may be able to pinpoint what you need to change from watching these.

You need a no wipe topcoat for the powder to work. And I’ve noticed super cheap powder doesn’t work well

I find Wildflowers tack free top coat and their chrome powder works really great
