ive just ot my past four year bank statements and calculated them with 8% and the grand total is 2998.74 pounds. ive now sent off my letter, so i should hear something soon.

:hug: Wow, what invaluable advice! I had heard of this Martin chap but never had the guts to do anything about it till i saw this link and had a look at the web site. going to def write to my bank and see what they offer me in the way of refunding my phenomenal bank charges - thanks guys!!! :hug:
