Cleansing wash

Help.
My dads a hairy man. He refuses waxing.

And does manual work so gets a sweaty back a lot.

He showers regularly and exfoliates his back regularly too, with a back brush. But he still gets quite a spotty back.

I basically buy whatever's on offer at the supermarket.

Can I buy a better quality shower cleanser to help clear up his back?

Tisserand grapefruit and tea tree skin wash is good. My hubby uses it daily. Masculine fragrance too.
