What information is needed on a client record card apart from their personal details? :irked:

You also need medical history, doctors name and address, any contra indications, nail and cuticle condition, also make sure you get your client to sign the record card.

Medical history is a bit scary :lol: not wrong but perhaps left at specifics like medication type medical conditions,
Would also put, treatment given, products used, special offers used, cost of treatment, retail products sold recommended home maintenance and date for next appointment booked, deposit paid.
