Client wants eyebrows bleaching

I have a client that wants her eyebrows bleaching and I was never taught this in beauty therapy, can a hairdresser do this or will she have to do it herself?

You can buy eyebrow lightening kits . I've never used them personally but they do sell them.

Hairdressers are not taught this either so I doubt it. You would need someone who is trained in eyebrow tinting I'd imagine.

It's the same as tinting - refectocil have the bleaching paste, I use it and it's effective lightens upto 2/3 shades lighter x

Yes if you have completed eyelash/brow tinting x

It varies from each client & how long it's left on for, it doesn't take long to lighten, I like to leave it, remove & check, if it needs a bit longer then I reapply x

I've never done it either but another therapist I know told me that she wouldn't ever offer it to a client as if they're very dark they get funny dark eyebrow roots/re growth? Can imagine it would look a bit odd.. Anyone know if this is actually true!?

It's possible admit is with hair, but eyebrow tint isn't permanent isn't? As it only lasts 4-6 weeks.

I might get some and try it in my sister in law who wants her brows lighter.

Tint maybe isn't permanent but bleaching would be obviously :s

I would be careful. I'm not a beauty therapist but have completed an eye enhancements course so I am qualified in brow and lash tinting and to do bleaching it's a seperate more advanced course as it's different from just applying a tint. X

Hmm I think ills year clear I've fine some research and not sure either way. If rather not make someone's eyebrows orange!
