I'll let you know how it goes..prob make a complete fool of myself..with my big bum swinging around..part of my new year get fit loose my bum diet:o ..the only thing i'll loose is my nails.

Ive tryed many sports in my time and consider myself to be fairly fit.

Indoor rock climbing is by far the hardest on the cardio vascular system i have tryed. I always use a heart rate monitor when training and the highest heart rate i have recorded was 220bpm and that was on a climbing wall. (I thought i was going to die) It didnt help not having a safty net or rope, as we were free climbing

Its great fun though hard on the forearms.
