Cloud 9

Has anybody else had problems with cloud 9? i've only had my straighteners around 4 weeks and i've just switched them on after using them last night and they were perfectly fine, and it doesn't heat up just beeps..presuming there's a fault with them :sad:

Never had a problem myself. I'd call them and ask for a replacement.

They may have gone into 'freeze' mode. Try warming the plates up with a hairdryer for a few mins and switch them on again and see if it works.

If the plates go below a certain temperature, they enter a freeze mode. It depends on where they are stored, but every now and again this happens to my GHDs x

It's like winter all year round in my salon and I've never had "freeze mode"? ❄️⛄️

i emailed them and they're going to fix them for me! i searched online and seems alot of people also have this problem, will try the hair dryer trick though first! thanks
