Hi there, i have been looking to convert to CND for a while now. I am a self employed nail tech working from home, and have been for 5 years. I just feel that im plodding along at the same pace and i want to get more out of what i am doing. I know my nails are really good and im happy with them but i want to get even better. At the minute i use NSI products, i have been looking at what courses both companies offer and they both seem to do a masters course, i just wanted a bit of advice on what to do, whether to convert to CND then start their master classes or stay with NSI and do their matser class.
I would love to know what you all think, your thoughts are greatly appreciated
Thanks loads

Hey didn't know NSI still did the masters course as I inquired at the academy in Salford Manchester & they said they no longer offer it? Unless they've brought it back but thought it would be in the new training manual?

oh really, i found it on their website, wasnt easy to find tho!
Cheers x x

Yeh they still do a masters.

I called Liz at Glasgow to enquire about it a few months ago, and she recommended a one to one first with my trainer before I went for it. Apparently it is very difficult to get a masters with NSI.

I've been doing NSI nails for 5 years, and I really want to go for my masters but I'm just not confident enough.

In my opinion, doing a conversion to another product would be like starting again. If you want to be better, then surely its better to build on the skills you have with the product you are using?

If it was me, I would stick to what I know.

As a nail technician you should not be afraid to try new things. You shoud alway maintain an open mind to other products, as each company can bring out products that are better and better each time.

With my experience in the industry of over 11 years. I found it more advantageous to attend as many courses as possible, because you can learn something from everyone.

Creative's Master classes are an amazing set of classes to build confidence, knowledge and ability. Even if you choose to continue using another brand the skills you will learn from the current CND Masters program will benefit you greatly.

I hope this helps.
