Has anyone else had a problem with Unearthed bubbling after wiping with disperse?I had a client in a couple of weeks ago and the nails bubbled after she went home. She sent me a photo that evening and they looked a mess so rebooked her the next morning for a redo but when she got up the nails were completely back to normal !! This is a regular client that has never had a problem before. Something similar happened today with another client same colour and we soaked them off straight away and redid them -has anyone else experienced this?

With the cream Shellac colours you need to shake thoroughly and apply very thin layers to achieve a full cure. Bubbling normally occurs when the Shellac isn’t cured properly

Just wondered why this has only happened with this one particular colour in our salon after all these years-thought it might be a colour that perhaps other experienced therapists had encountered problems with.

Raise it with SweetSquared it may be a known issue. Let us know their response, you might save someone else some frustration too

We have unearthed - one of our most popular colours and don’t have any issues. You may have a batch issue though. If you raise it with SS they can investigate.
