Colour advice

Hi ladies, I have a new client in on thursday who's sent me this picture. In terms of the Wella range I'm new to using them so I was just looking for some advice on whats best to achieve this look. Many thanks!

What's her natural base and previous colour?

I would do something like 7/73 and 6% as a full head colour, with maybe the lighter pieces as a high lift 12/89 and 9%? Or maybe something like 9/7 and 9%

What do you think you should use?

What about a combination of highlights with 7/17 & 9% and 12/81 & 12% and a nice gloss for base?
