Hey I was wondering if anyone can help. I’m a mobile hairdresser and my friend got her hair coloured at a salon she goes to and is to ashamed to go back with what they have done. She has asked me to do something. Has anyone got any suggestions? I havnt seen her hair in person only received these pictures today. She said that she has had an all over colour and these blonde highlights. Any recommendations of what to do or colour would be great. I normally use Wella koleston. I just don’t want to put a brown over the lights as it will got muddy. Please help

What's her goal? And what is she not happy with?

She wants to completely get rid of the highlights as they are very chunky and yellow and go a warm dark chocolate brown. Many thanks

I'd prepig with orange and red.
Then I'd use a demi something like wella colour touch 5/73

Thankyou for your reply so u think I could get away with /43 as a prepig just for the highlights?. I’ve actually ordered 5/37 I do have 5/73 aswel. Do you think a half and half mixture would be a nice chocolate brown and would you use a base colour?

No need to add base, adding will give you a flatter result

Thankyou Ronray for replying. Do you think /43 would be ok to use just to cover the highlights and then use my colour of choice without a base work?

Yes definitely
