Advise. Would be appreciated please , I have a client who has 100% white hair who has not had her hair coloured for years , I used majirel 9 with a very small amount of 9.3 , have used this formulae before on other clients and it normally comes out lovely but on this client it glowed !! I lifted colour and put some highlites through and it came out fine and client was pleased thank god , not had a shock like that for years !!! Wel she's booked in again but a bit worried about what to use , obviously no .3 and the 9 was too dark in my opinion . I know coverage of white hair shouldn't be higher than base 9 but in this case am considering a base 10 ? Has anyone had an unexpected experience like this and any formulae ideas would be appreciated , this totally threw me x
