Colour matching Wella kp and Colour Touch

Hi all. My client has 75% grey roots and is a kp 9. She spends a lot of time in the sun so wants to put some tone back in. I want to use a KP 9/38 on the roots but need a match for the mid lengths and ends. There's no match in colour touch, can I use the KP 9/38 with pastel? Help....this really throws me when there's no obvious match across products. Thanks Tigga

Why not use a colour touch relights /03?

You could mix colour touch 10/0 and 8/38 with 1.9%

Girls, am very confused. There's no wella colour touch 8/38 on the wella site, the wella chart in salon services, or the shelves. 😔Do you definitely mean colour touch? Sorry, not trying to be difficult. ☺
