Hi looking for advice I use xp 6/0 and 6/1 on my client she is naturally around a base 6 on my client but after a week she says it looks red in the sun...she previously used box dyes which the same happened. Can anyone recommend a range I could try that will stop this happening.....xxx

She’s naturally got some red undertones in her hair and these will be exposed when you coloured the hair.
The only remedy that would remove all the red is to bleach the hair to yellow to remove the red undertones and then re-colour.

Thought that but was hoping there was some miracle product that would solve that [emoji23] xxx

Other option would be to use a demi instead so you're not lifting the hair, only depositing. Ardel red gold corrector is quite good.

Thank you xxx
