Colour Touch over highlighted hair

Hi all

Client is currently highlighted with a couple of inches regrowth base 7, I think the highlights are a few bleach and 12. She wants a change, she loves 6/73 as a colour. I am thinking of putting equal 66/03 and 66/07 over without the need to pre pig? Or could I just use 6/73? I once did a clients hair 7/73 over bleach and the results were lovely just not too sure with going darker

Guessing the hair may be porous due to bleach highlights then the colour touch will really grab to the hair. So I would say u could do the 6/73 but maybe a different colour on the roots 7/73 for roots.
