Hello everyone!

As a mobile beauty therapist do I need to have the conta-indications written (on the consultation form or on other form)?

In the salon I practiced (student salon), we were asking the contra-indications verbally and the client was signing the consultation form where we wrote if there were or not.

Thank you!

Hi,
There are no set rules for this, as long as you have asked them if they have any of the contra indications to that treatment, you record they're responses and they sign to say its correct. However, i prefer to have the contra indications written, and then record with a yes/no, that way you know you have covered all the relevant contraindications on each occasion (jmo).
