Long story short I went mobile 3 years ago, I’ve since had a baby and taken a year off. I’ve never advertised for new clients (I had a full diary always) so I got into just doing retouching for my existing clients and not really trying anything new. I’ve now been asked by two customers to do colour changes to copper and I’m worrying about the formulations, if anybody could confirm what I’m thinking (or correct me) I’d be very grateful!

Customer 1
75% grey natural base 6-7, artificial 6.0 with highlights throughout on the mid lengths to ends.
I’m thinking 3/4 7.0 1/4 7.44 20vol for the roots & 7.44 10vol mid lengths to ends

Customer 2
Natural base 6, artificial 5.0 on the mid lengths to ends. Thinking of strand testing the whole process of this one.
Bleach bath mids & ends
7.44 10vol mids to ends
7.44 30vol roots

Thanks again!

Without knowing what brand your using and obviously seeing the clients hairs, sounds spot on to me. Maybe a little less base in the root formula for client 1.
