I'm assuming it's hypopigmentation which is the lacking in pigmentation?
When doing make up, what is best at cover/masking/blending this?

I'm not talking about severe cases. I've seen slightly lighter patches around mouths and eyes; it's not totally noticably but it is, if that makes sense? :\
