Hi there I sell Neal’s Yard products as a consultant and have decided to train in manicures, pedicures and uv nail polish. I want a nail polish brand that sits well with Neal’s Yard and importantly want cruelty free ( not necessarily vegan) I was looking at Madame Glam but saw on a couple of threads here people said it was unprofessional? Not sure why as I liked it, but it is all new to me. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly received. Thank you

Bio Sculpture would tick all the boxes for you. They also have most gel colours in straight nail polish too. Not the cheapest product to choose in terms of cost of training but the system has additional nail treatments which are applied before the gel which would definitely sit well with what you are already doing.
