LOVE it! I'd ask the same things. People can be so rude. If they were to just say " I'm thinking about doing nails , what's involved" I'd give them the moon.

I turn all my bottles to face me so they cant see, i talk loads so they cant remember what im doing and if they ask, i say its taken me years of learning and training to get here, i recommend you do the same if you are truly into nails/beauty because its not a one word answer to perfect nails.

Got to admit ive lost a few clients now as Gel kits are being sold everywhere nowday!grrrrrr. Of course we pros do much better but some people dont mind messy nails that dont last for cheaper
