Any Decleor lovers here? If so what is your skin type, what do you use and why do you love it?

I am a Decleor fan & use the products personally & professionally. My skin verges on lipid dry, and currently I'm using the new men's range & Baume Essentielle at night. Mask wise I use whatever I need at the time (the benefit of having the whole range at your disposal!), and a few times a year I have a month of using Alpha Morning moisturiser, although I find it hard to come off again as I love the result it gives my skin!

The reason I love Decleor is that they test their products in vivo & don't just rely on subjective opinion, that I get results from their products & that texture & scent wise they are a pleasure to use. Of the many ranges I have trained in & used personally & professionally they are my absolute favourite hands down!

Hi,i remember you giving me great skin care advice and advising me on which decleor products would be good for me....have been really stressed at mo as im going through ivf treatment but ive just managed to get a few samples which i started last night...can i ask if the decleor range is highly tolerated with those of your cliens with very sensitive but problem skin?....the dermalogica moisturisers are still stinging my skin!

Depends what the cause of the 'problem skin' is! Normally with sensitive skin I start my clients on the Harmonie range, which eventually reduces skin sensitivity, & then slowly introduce occassional products into their regime to deal with their skin problems. Often other problems clear up in the meantime, especially if the problem skin is caused by build up of keratinocytes, dehydration, lipid dryness & lack of good barrier function.

I had that same problem with Dermalogica - most of the products I used made my skin sting, and those of quite a few of my clients. The odd thing is that my skin has never reacted to any other product I've ever used, must be something in Dermalogica that my skin doesn't like!
