Good morning everyone,

Would just like some advice. I have had problem skin since I was a teenager, suffer from adult acne, must stress its not severe acne, the doctor prescribed me duac cream which has helped immensely.

Most cleansers etc just irritate my skin even more, I do try to look for products that state on the label non comedegenic. I have been using a decleor moisturiser for a couple of weeks now (the purete one) and so far my skin has been fine with this, I would now like to try the decleor cleanser but am abit worried as I think one if the ingredients on the cleansing milk is apparantly comedegenic. Do you think that this would matter as I would be wiping the cleanser off with a damp cotton wool so therefore it would not be sitting on the skin like my moisturiser?

Any help much appreciated.

hiya! im sure he will comment soon but if he doesnt then speak to martin duffy on here! he absolutly swears by decleor and will give u any advice u need! hes fab! xx

ok many thanks, hopefully someone can help. thanks

why dont you try the cleansing gel by decleor its more suited to a combination oily skin type, and can be removed with damp cotton wool. I dont think that any decleor products contain ingriedients thay would give you comedones though so you could still use the cleansing milk.

As Lizzie said, the Decleor cleansing gel is formulated for your skin type, and would work perfectly with the Decleor mattifying lotion. Out of interest though, I've never known anyone who has ended up with commedones from Decleor cleansing milk.

Use the cleanisng milk with the Ylang Ylang mattifying toner, this will insure any formation of comedones. The concentration of the amount of comedogenic ingredient is also so low thus it will not cause any formation of comedones:D

Hi, thanks for everyones replies.

Dont like to use cleansing gels on my face as my skin isnt really oily and as soon as I use a gel based product it just really drys my skin out.

So perhaps will try the cleansing milk with the mattifying toner.

Many thanks
