I'm new to this forum but thought I'd start a thread, been struggling to stay healthy and keep at the gym, got such a bad sweet tooth and I'm so weak in the evenings with junk food!
What do you do to stop cravings?
Motivate yourself?
What are your diets?

My diets pretty much:
Breakfast: bran flakes or banana or cereal bars
Lunches: just add water low fat noodles or a sandwich. Always crisps and a bar and yogurt.
Dinner: any hot meal...
Snacks: try not to but chocolate and more crisps!!! And a groce amount of tea or hot chocolate! Oops

On 23 September, I gave up sugar and processed grains. So far, so good.

It's not easy to always do the right thing and my most difficult time is at night.

I work in my uncles gym and he trains people in bodybuilding x
Hes 47 and hes been doing it since
Hes was 17 x
He does everything down to their diets x

Ive never seen so many obsessed men in all my life but i work with the food they eat x

Its all based on moderation x
You can eat anything you want in moderation x

Your breakfast sounds healthy x

For your dinner i would up your carbs as u need these to burn through the day
And ur best off having a lighter tea as your resting in the night and don't want to store these as fat x

Fish or chicken, brown rice and steamed veg x
Its fab and good for you x
Cook your fish in a pan with a lid to get the juices going :)
With a little pepper lemon juice some garlic and if u fancy some soy sauce if you like hot food some chillies

I add onions peppers an sugar snap peas to mine

And all the juice is natural x except soy but thats optional x and unless your on an extreme diet that will be fine xx
