Different rates for different level techs??

Hi all,

How many of you split the prices in your salons for say junior, tech and master? Does it work for you or do you advise keeping all the same price?

Only have two stylists, my daughter who has 9 years experience and someone who has two years. So yes we have a tiered structure in our small salon
