It is funny what we call each other but I must say, I could never call my husband an insulting word even in jest, I would never get away with it... not even if I laughed afterwards. This probably is down to age here, he is 47 and very well respected. " Hey bitc%, fancy a cuppa?" Just wouldn't be appropriate at all and I just wouldn't dream of saying it. .. although all the posts have made me chuckle.

I call my OH Chris, babe or dxckwod (don't ask come out with it one day and it's stuck!) I call him by his full name when he's in trouble, he normally hides when I shout Christopher John Reeday haha.

He calls me lee or lee-lee as when we first met each other he couldn't pronounce my name right (Olletta) and it really irritates me if someone pronounces it wrong (don't know why)

At work I used to get called sprog I guess it's a mix of my first and last name (olletta spring)

My name is pronounced alita I hate it when people call me olita or a-letter or o-letter ... I don't know why it really gets to me.

Chris calls me by my whole name if I've done something wrong - wait for this it's a long one! Olletta-Marie Jane Spring-Snowden! Haha Olletta Spring for short xxx

My OH name is "Marcus" but no one calls him marcus so he goes by mark.
I call him Marcus when I try to be lovey dovey towards him haha but other than that he's usually pumpkin as posted above

We call each other 'dude', I don't know why! My other half sometimes calls me Sammyad and I just call him 'boy'. I think it's funny how people use swearwords as a term of endearment, it would be really weird to me!
