Do you leave paraffin wax in heater all the time?

Hi, I am relatively a new therapist. Would like to ask you, those of you who use OPI gels, if, you encounter difficulties ( various) after applying the NAS 99, at the final stage, before the client leaves. I am lately seeing opaque ...dull like shadows on gels. I strongly believe its the UV lamp....but I shall ask all of you to give me your opinions. I prep the nails well, have clean utensils, have a very clean ambience, apply base...not thin not thick, apply 2-3 gel colours, seal well edges, top coat and sometimes I use No cleanse (Astonish).
