Does anyone know about in house training

[Hey all]

Hi,I really want to be a nail technician,but when i looked at the course Diploma in nail technology at my local beauty college,it stated that when the course was finished you only recieved an In house certificate..
Does anyone know the answers to these below,

1. Is this cert nationally recogisnised?
2. Are you a fully qualified nail technician if you recieve it?

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated,

Hi Michelle,
I'm almost certain that an in house certificate is the colleges own cert to state you have trained with them,
