Hi, just have a quick and probably silly question but... Has anyone experienced that having had a dry shampoo on your head prior to colour (re-growth) service changes the outcome of colour? Somebody told me that it happened to her,her roots came out really warm. Could that be true? Thanks ;)

HI there,
yep, I have experienced a problem with this.
If you think about it, the client has used the dry shampoo to absorb the excess oil in their hair ( 1st barrier). Add to that, a layer of powder,(2nd barrier).
Nowdays, we're using lower volume peroxides, and often, non ammonia based products, so you need to start with a clean head of hair to give the product half a chance of taking.

Hi,thanks. That's what I was thinking as well :)
