I;m kind of embarrassed to ask this question, but which finger is your forefinger?
I'm doing a Paul Mckenna hypnosis CD and have been instructed to press forefinger and thumb together on left hand.

will now be able to do my hypnosis correctly. Was using my middle finger until he told me to press my middle finger and thumb on my right hand!
