For insurance purposes you can only pierce the lower part of the ear .
You also have to be licenced to pierce any part of the body here in Birmingham
And to be licenced you have to have insurance also you have to have hot and cold running water in the room that you will be piercing in with paper towels to dry your hands.
You cannot use the same wash basin that you use to wash up.
Strange but true though you don't need licencing to do it mobile.
