Ear piercing

I have an 82 year old client who is looking to have her ears pierced. She is on a few different medications but keeps generally well. I am a bit cautious as whether to do it or not!!!
I would love your opinions please.

If the client is on any anticoagulant drugs (eg warfarin ) then I wouldn't pierce. She may bleed too much.
Try to get the proper names of her tablets and look them up on line. It would be good to have this information anyway .

People on warfarin go for regular blood checks so this might be a clue.
