i use aqueous cream and eumovate (fab stuff). i'm due to start theatre nurse training soon and had to go through various occupational health visits, they told me i had 1 week to get my hands to "normal condition" because i want this job so badly i knew i had to i stopped scratching so i did. My hands were 100% better within 3 days. i literally used the aqueous cream 10 times a day and wore gloves for doing nails and housework and my hands cleared up and i passed occy health. It's defo the scratching that makes it worse cus i know i don't start for another 3 weeks i'm scratching again and it's come back...DOH...must stop scratching!! xx
