Having read another post, I'm just wondering what's the worst thing an employee has done/what have been the reasons you've dismissed an employee etc. etc. I dont have any stories I'm just nosey!

I found out through a client. I sacked her immediately.
It was a real shame as she was a good hairdresser who I liked a lot. Her life had spiralled due to her addiction. There was no way I could have an addict in my salon.
