empty shop

ive found an empty shop but there are no to let/sale signs. does anyone know how i can find out whom owns it so i can contact them

have you tried asking other business' in the area?
or go along to your local council offices and ask them,
or even contact your M.P they sometimes have(some:lol: ) local knowledge

thanks i did ask the shops around, not very helpfull. which department would i need at the local council

Sorry I'm not to sure tbh. I'd just give the reception a ring explain what your after and (hopefully) they can direct you to the right department :lol:

have you asked the shop neighbour? they may be able to point you in the right direction

thank you the solicitors has taken it!!! this is the second time that has happened by the same company, don't think they like me lol.

My local council has a website with all the local business properties for sale or rent. It may be worth finding out if your does too - it's really useful.
