Hi everyone! We use Entity 1 Colour Couture Soak Off gel polish which works amazingly for our clients however one of my clients is having an issue with it recently. She has been to us a few times to have the gel polish applied with no problems. the last 2 times she has been in, it has started to fade in a patchy way within a few days. The first set were pink with glitter topcoat and the second set were beige with a silver glitter topcoat. She is a hairdresser but she insists to me she is always wearing gloves, her hands are not exposed to any chemicals. Her colleague also came in to have hers done last week and the same thing has happened. I have already re-done my clients nails for free incase it was a problem my end but I don't really want to keep doing that if her job is a factor.
