Essex hair please

Hi there bit of a random post just looking for a stylist to do my own hair, been having same one for 2 years but it's getting a bit annoying how we don't agree on anything, ie she wanted to use 12% for my highlights, I said maximum I wanted was 6% and they ways lifted up fine. Then I said I would like colour touch over bleached hair she said permanant with 6% . Anyway the colour touch lasted and the permanant washed off, so I thought id change before we end up arguing.I have girls I graduated with who I could ask but I'm just looking for someone who colouring comes natural to in essex. Thx, x
