Exam time!!!

:cry:Started our pre assesments today. It was horrible, had electrical machines and it was just crap. I went to pieces couldnt answer the oral questions and even made a cock up of the IDHF how could you mess that up so straight forward. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get through this, I know I can do it but just now at exam time seem to be finding it hard. What has everyone else done to get through this. Even rambling on now

I suspect it is just nerves. Take deep breaths and imagine you have already done it and it went well. I always do that before I do anything scary and it always works out well because I have already done it mentally and it was fine, better than fine, it was great! (I may be easily fooled however) but positive thought is a powerful thing.

Also, have you tried Rescue Remedy? A couple of drops of that work wonders too.
