Exfoliating gloves!

I am having a spray tan for the first time on saturday and know that I need to exfoliate (something dont really do).
I find it slightly painful do dry exfoliate, can I use an exfoliating wash or wash at the same time or is it best to exfoliate dry?
Any advise would be great.

You can use an exfoliating scrub or your exfoliating gloves with a bit of body wash on. Make sure you get into all those nooks and crannies e.g elbows, knees, ankles to make them super smooth xx
