Experienced Nail Tech wants room to rent in or around Norwich Uk

I'm currently working in a nail bar, but am wanting to start up self employed. I'd like to rent a room to do nail extensions, manicure, pedicure, but hopefully also include spray tans and waxing, facials, etc. all of which I'm trained/experienced in. Therefore a room above a hair salon or similar would be ideal, either in Norwich or up to 15 miles radius.
