Extensions - change in quality?

Hi all,

I have been using the same brand of hair supplier for the past 3 years (won't mention any names) but recently the quality of the remy hair seems to have gone downhill. A number of my clients have reported that their hair is matting very quickly and it has cost me a fortune in replacement hair. I have spoken to the company and they assured me that they are supplying the same hair but I am not convinced.

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem and if anybody could recommend a different company as I really don't want to risk losing any of my clients.

imo if its more then one client complaining ( which ti sounds like it is ) then it is unlikely they all doing something to their hair to make it matt..

so id look elsewhere for your hair
