Eye treatments - what first lashes or brows?

I have a client coming tomorrow for LVL lashes and Billion dollar brows and trying to work out what's the best order to carry out these treatments. Would you do the lashes or brows first?

I haven't done billion dollar brows (is that another version of hd?). I would be careful if your waxing first as when you apply the shield for LVL you don't want any of the bond getting near the waxed skin. Also if you do the LVL first you need to make sure all bond is completely removed before applying wax as the wax will pull the bond off and possibly take a thin layer of skin too.
