just wondering what your thoughts are on this? how many of you also trim clients eyebrows when shaping?

I do if they're extra long! I ask the client if they would like them trimmed too first

Certainly I do - it's part of the service! If they want a tidy or shape then I doubt that they will want long stragglers hanging out of them
I just say mention during the service that I'm going to trim a couple to keep them all neat and everyone is always fine with it.

Yeah, I do it too - after asking the client if it's ok. Can you imagine someone coming at your brows with a pair of scissors and not knowing what the hell's going on!!!

Lol!
I think when you trim the long stragglers, it makes the eyebrows look so so much better.
I always trim in the direction of growth and take a little off at a time.
HTH
xxx:hug:

You must trim if they're long. I don't ask, I just do it. After all, we are the experts, not the client. If they were, they'd be doing them themselves.

I always said i would of loved to have trained as a hairdresser.........waxing is as near as i have ever got!!!
I always trim the eyebrows should they need it. I like Kim don't ask. I've been doing this long enough to know what makes the brows look the best they can.
I always let the client know that i am going to do it, no one has ever questioned it as they are more than aware of my attention to detail when it comes to perfection.
Most however are amazed when they first have it done after never having it done before. It really can make alll the difference x
