Eyebrow waxing older clients

Recently I have had new clients come to me for an eyebrow tidy who insist that I tweeze and not wax the area as they have been informed by their regular therapist that waxing causes damage and wrinkles in the eye area after a certain age.

Is this indeed true as I have never come across it before or had been taught this in college???

Well my dad is always telling me not to wax my upper lip or eyebrows, as he read that continuous waxing on such a delicate area can thin the skin and increase wrinkles. I never got told this at college though.

P.S he's not in the industry!! Just loves giving an opinion!!
