hi, i am looking for any advice on which glue to buy. i trained with Hollywood lashes. my technique is improving but my lashes are not staying on for over two weeks. i have tried everything. how can i put marketing leaflets out saying they last up to 6 weeks when they don't. feedback from other salons in area using hollywood is the same. i have been told the glue is slow setting, which causes lots of stickies. i amlooking for medical grade glue whichhasbeen tried andtestedwell. need to purchase asap. many thanks

This is a shame, I dont know what glue to use, but be mindful that many people on here will suggest a glue that they promote/sell, you really need to speak to some who is not bias, and to be honest that is hard to find.

Many say they have used this and that, but then say the one they retail is the best.

I can tell you that the Koreans and USA are well ahead of the UK, they have been doing this for many years.

The "food Safe" USA are very high on safety, and the products have no parallels.

Flirties adhesive is medical grade and fast setting, it is not thick and gloppy like a lot of the others on the market so will not give the stickies,

yes i am a representative and trainer for flirties and i have tried and tested many many adhesives on the market,
i would not use flirties myself if it did not give the results that i require for myself, clients and trainees,

you also need to look for one that is CE approved,

the adhesives on the Korean market are also used in the car manufacturing trade and contain harmful fumes, they get away with this as they dont have the strict guidelines to follow that we do in the UK.

Hopefully other geeks who also use Flirties adhesive will reply and give you their findings, hth

I have been using Nouveau glue for last couple years and lately I am finding it gets too thick after 2 months of opening and as I am getting better the glue is not setting fast enough for me to work.

I have just tried the Flirties fast setting glue today. I can only say it is BRILLIANT. It is thin, fast setting and I'll let you know how it goes in a couple weeks as I am doing a few more sets of eyelashes.
