Hi all

Was wondering if anyone could give me some advice..

I have a client who has what I'd call quite normal eyelashes.. not too curly or too straight. She would like to use a curlier lash so I suggested a c curl rather than a j curl. However when I came to carry out the treatment I just couldn't seem to get the lash to bond very well.

Is it normal to have a less area bonded when using curlier lashes? I have read through threads about heated eyelash curlers.. is this the way to go or am I missing something really simple which will help with bonding when using curlier lashes??

Any thoughts/advice would be hugely appreicated!!!

Thanks

If the lashes aren't naturally a 'c' curl then the donor lash won't bond along the whole lash. Maybe she would be better with some 'b' lashes which are inbetween a 'j' and a 'c'.

I agree with angelina, I use b curl and like the look they give. If the customer does not have particularly curly lashes and you use a c curl then they will not bond as well, but it is still ok to use them These ones will fall out quicker than the others, so intersperse other curls as well.

Thank you both.. I have just ordered some B lashes so will give these a try. I normally use the j for people with fairly straight lashes but find them quite boring so hopefully this will solve my problem!

i use a mix j c and b curl . if u hold the c curl while adheres it does bond, when using a strong ultra glue. try the eyelash emporium . pinewood studios. great at advice xx

I did email them once about something (can remember now what it was) and I never heard anything back!! Maybe I'll try again. I think I'll try a combination to give them a curlier look.. I just think they look so boring with the 'J curl' alone but didn't ever want to try something that was going to bond very well and have complaints! Going to see how I get on the B's!
Thanks for your help.x
