OMG, please help!
Had a client, for many years now, who gets eyelash perm and tint done every 6 weeks. I usually use a medium length roller, but had none tonight so used the smaller one (her lashes are not very long). Performed as normal, but client has text me tonight saying that they are far too curly and she just wants to wake up tomorrow and for them to be back to normal!!
What do i do??? I have never had this problem, or any like it before! I know I can't use the perm lotion to try to "relax" the curl, as I have tinted her lashes now also!!
All help/comments would be GREATLY appreciated!

Sound's like you use 2 smaller rod.
yes just applying the perming lotion this will relax them back to normal as this is what it's used for in the treatment anyway!

Thank you so much! :) Will I still use it for the full length of time? And still use the fixing gel? I am utterly astounded as I used to use the short rollers on her all the time, but changed a couple of years ago, as it gave a nicer finish!

No, Have u had training for lash perm??x
You use the fixing lotion to fix them into shape..e.g if they're on the rod if tixes them into a curl so no, just use the perming solution, or maybe you could try again with a larger rod.

I can't say exactly what timing but i wouldn't suggest leaving it on 10 minutes if they've only recently been done as this is v. bad for the lashes.
You will need to re tint aswell!
xx

I would ring the company that makes the perming solution and ask them for correct procedure.

You do not want to frazzle the eyelashes from incorrect timing of products.
