hi all,

I am cuirrently on a course and we are doing Gel nails and using the product ezflow. I have to say I dont knwo whether if it is me or the product but i think it makes my gel nails look takcy and false.

I asked our trainer what product she uses on her own nails as her gel nails look fantastic look so real u would not know she had gel nails on.

with the ezflow we all feel the same that they gel nails with ezflow look tacky. is it something we are doing or is it trial and error

I'm a little confused how you can the product 'tacky' and false looking....
what do you mean by tacky?.... is the white too white for your liking??

with gel it! you have 3 shades you can use for the tip:
French it! a really bright white, that is great for those who really love the look of bright white french
White it! a softer white which i find is very popular and really fab for gel french on toes
&Edge it a very very natural creamy free edge colour

You can do lots of different combinations using the 7 different gel it! shades and achieve what ever look you want, be it very striking bright pink and white French or a soft natural looking American manicure look

EzFlow's signature style of nail is quite dramatic with a deep smile, its not always to everyones taste, clients incuded, but EzFlow created more shades than just 2 like i mentioned so you can mix and match to suit your client and I totally believe you can produce very very natural looking nails using ezflow..... trust me.... ive got quite a lot of clients who like a very natural look ;)

Are you doing an EzFlow course or just doing a course and using EzFlow?

hi sparklepink,

i am doing a course that has us using ezflow products.

our kit of ezflow products is Blush it, Clear and French It gels, primer ,bond etc.

It could have been my lamp i am not 100% will know better when i do anoother set later.

my word "tacky" as I am irish:) I mean the nails when finished looked like cheap false nails.
I am still trying to master the bloody smile line :) its so deep nearly there.

I love the natural look , but god with the white tips i just dont like them and I have to do these in my exams

i take it you mean you are using white tips with clear over it? This will look very white and fake, as Jessica said you can use a natural tip and apply your french white with any of the 3 white shades. who and where are you training with? is it an ezflow course - ie are you getting an ezflow certificate, or are you doing a course which just happens to use their gels?

hi

I am not using white tips , I am using Natural Tips and applying French it to make the white tips and then doing smile lines.

doing the course in ireland.

I did the nails tonight after getting a new lamp , they looked better, smile line is goin to take alot of practice
