I am booked to go on the ezflow conversion course and am having a play with the trial kit ( fatal I know !) I am using my Calgel sanitizer which I give a good scrub with before using the optional primer but I am having some wicked lifting issues mainly around the dreaded side walls and zone 3. Two questions,

1. would my sanitizer make any difference to the product to make it lift ?

2. I am told that HD needs to be used quite dry, how do you pick up a nice size ball with a drier brush or should I be wiping my brush before pressing ???

1. Stick to the products that are a part of your system and

2. WAIT for your class to solve and answer your queries.

As you said, it is fatal to 'play' with a product before you are taught how to use it best by the people who know, and not by those who 'tell' you what they think rather than what IS.
