Facebook reviews

I have just, by some miracle, added a reviews tab to my business page. However, if anyone clicks on it to add a review they are met with a blank page. Do I have to activate it in some way so reviews can be left??

Can anyone explain how I make this live?

My page has had this pop up to also check in which I never had before . The only problem being I can't see it on my business page only my personal account X
