facial massage

hi guys,

i done my facial training years ago and havent really done many over th last year but am going mobile and want to be confident in offering facials again. Only Iv forgotten pretty much all the massage routine.

If you can refresh my memory at all or know of any good dvds that would work that would be great

I bought the helen Mcguiness health and beauty (facial dvd) was a little expensive at £19.56 but it is a great dvd for reference. it covers the step by step for cleansing, toning, exfoliation, steaming, facial massage routine, mask application, moisturising and eye and lip care.

Just an idea, why dont you have a facial done at your local salon, then that will refresh your memory and you will know what movements feel nicer!
